Sinolight LED Displays screens Co. Ltd is one of the world leaders in R&D, production and marketing of Outdoor LED displays,Indoor LED Displays and considered a relatively new entry in the LED display world, having established itself only in 2005. It is a high-tech company with more than 80 million RMB of assets and 400 employees, of which 40% are tertiary educated and they form the bulk of workforce in R & D, production, sales and technical support. Nevertheless in its short history the company has managed to get a foothold in the LED segment and has ambitious plans to be among the top 5 LED display manufacturer in the world by 2015. SINOLIGHT has invested in its own state-of-the-art 15,000 sq. m. production facility, one of the countrys biggest manufacturing and R & D bases in the LED display industry. This makes us one of the few companies in the world who are operating a mass production LED display assembly line with a capacity of producing 4500m² of LED in a month. Our state-of-the-art production systems such as TPS, TPM and 6S allow us to produce high-end quality LED displays for our worldwide customers. The facilities are augmented with highly qualified engineers thus ensuring man and machinery are on sync in offering quality solutions. In 2008 the total annual capacity utilization rate rose to over 75%, which makes us the first enterprise to effectively reduce production costs in the LED display industry.   The deployment of 6S methodologies is evident in the workplace and is highly praised by customers who visit the factory and has led to the increase in customer visits. The "Lean Factory" process will transform SINOLIGHT into a competitive weapon and has shaped the companys brand identity and improved product quality as well as significantly reduced wastage.   Our R & D team consists of 37 experts on design, development capabilities, and core technology. Some are from Tsinghua Microelectronics R & D centres specialised in high-end control system, high-definition video processing, luminance / colour-by-point correction and also lend their expertise to the direction of future technology development. At present, SINOLIGHT plays an important role in the LED display industry with unique color correction, low delay of video transmission and other innovative solutions of LED displays.   Meanwhile, the engineering team is involved in structural, mechanical and electrical design. They bring onboard an average of 7 years of experience in professional design, some of which are for renowned multinational companies. Boasting several national patents, we have set the standard in the industry for some of our new products such as the the use of aluminum cooling mask and outdoor 3 in 1 display products, to name a few.   With continuous professional training and development programmes that we embark on, it comes as no surprise SINOLIGHT has ISO 9001:2001, CE, RoHS and ETL certifications as well as the 3C local (China) certification. Our Supplier Quality Assessment Process and In Process Quality Inspection (IPQC) are online quality systems that allow us to maintain the high quality level we promise to our customers.   A member of China Association of Optoelectronics Industry, SINOLIGHT started off as an OEM business but in recent years has expanded and moved into ODM mode.
